The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our global sales organization (currently a
team of 4, set to double up in the next year) and drive sustainable revenue growth across
multiple regions. This role will oversee sales in Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop the sales strategy and lead generation process to fuel sales pipeline and meet
    revenue targets
  • Hire, coach, and mentor sales managers across regions to maximize individual and team
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize strategies
  • Establish revenue operations function (lead weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, target
    tracking, create Hubspot dashboards, enforce workflows, drive adoption)
  • Develop processes to scale operations as we grow
  • Forecast regional and global sales, manage quotas and territories, and track key sales
  • Identify and implement tools to optimize sales and marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign performance, attribution, ROI to optimize
    funnel and ensure salesreadiness of leads
  • Foster a positive, motivational sales culture focused on exceeding goals
  • Serve as the public face and evangelist of our company to prospects and customers

Who should apply?

  • 5+ years of selling Enterprise SaaS or Technology solutions to insurance companies
  • 5+ years of Insurance experience
  • 10+ years of global sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling
    and leading highperforming teams
  • Experience managing sales organizations across multiple regions like Latam, Middle
    East, Africa and Asia
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales process innovation and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience developing sales compensation plans and quota setting
  • Datadriven approach to sales optimization and coaching
  • Knowledge of sales technologies and CRM systems like Salesforce
